Contact Management

Create new contacts or email them through Ganarpro, and they’ll be automatically saved in your Contact Management table. Additionally, any contact linked to a Deal—whether you create the Deal or add it to your Pipeline—will also be stored in your CRM.

The section above shows the extended view with activity details for each contact.

  • Number of Activities is automatically populated from all logged interactions within Ganarpro, or you can enter it manually.

  • Responses is a manual field—you’ll need to enter this value to calculate the response rate.

  • Response Rate is calculated by dividing Responses by the Number of Activities. This helps you measure how engaged or responsive a contact is, giving insight into their likelihood of replying in the future.

What It Does

The Action column includes three options: Edit, Delete, and the primary action—Send Email.
You’ll find one email template available, which you can customize to fit your style; however, the subject line is fixed and cannot be changed.

Contact Management also shows each contact’s response rate, helping you quickly assess whether it’s worth re-engaging with them—saving you time and effort.
