Different Dashboards

Project Visits track the number of times you interact with different project within the system. This metric helps monitor your interest level with different Ganarpro projects.

Activities is A count of all actions logged related to a project, such as calls, emails, sms, proposals submitted, or any other engagement.

Proposals counts the Number of project proposals that have been drafted saved

Estimates counts Number of pricing estimates created and saved

Activities- Dashboard

When you send an email through Ganarpro by clicking the “Send Email” button and selecting your email client, you earn an activity point. You can also manually log actions such as emails, calls, SMS messages, or proposal submissions—each of these counts as an activity point.

Proposals- Dashboard

When you save a proposal, you earn a “Proposal Saved” point, allowing you to track how many proposals you’ve created over time.

Deal Value- Dashboard

Each Deal and Project has a Deal Value field. You can enter it manually, or it will auto-populate when you save a construction clean estimate. You can edit or remove this value at any time as needed.
