Create Proposal from Ganarpro Project
Reduce typing by using an internal Ganarpro project—name, details, square footage, number of units, and location—to generate a scope of work and price estimate. You can customize to your brand by changing
Create Proposal from a Deal
Deals are your own data—your invitations that do not come from Ganarpro. You create a deal to input details such as description, size, and location. This helps Ganarpro proposals generate more accurate pricing and scopes of work.
Scope Name top left
You can edit the Scope Name. This name is automatically used in the footer and merged into the subject line of any composed email. You may rename it to any words of your choice.
Company Name top right
You must update your company name in My Profile. This name can be removed if needed. It is also used in the subject line for email quote submission templates.
Submitted by person
You must update your main proposal contact name in My Profile. This is the person you want the client to contact for questions.
Reset Scopes Button
If you make changes to a default template, you can always restore it by pressing the red button.
Scope of Work Painting Templates
You have 3 detault built in templates that you can change and ssave, so you can removethe rows or replace these 3 templates. then there are 3 built in painting scope of work templates created based on proejct or deal details, you can delete words in these ai templates, but the ai template does not save with your new edits. You can enter any words you choose into custom prompt.
Scope of Work Cleaning Templates
There is a default cleaning scope of work that includes Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Fluff Clean. You can edit each template, and your custom version will override the non-AI-generated default. Understand the building usage project type Guide.

Send Proposal as Email
There is a default template you can modify. This template becomes the body of the composed email that Ganarpro generates in your selected email client. Make sure you are logged into only one email address.
